Day 1
- NeuroMuscular Taping: concepts, theory, and application techniques
- Practical applications: compression and decompression
- Upper limb Deltoid, trapezius, teres minor and major, pectoralis major, large and small rhomboid, brachial triceps, biceps, brachioradialis, supinator, pronator teres, pronator quadratus, pronator, long extensor, pollicis longus, extensor of the little finger
- Neck, anterior and posterior scalene, sternocleidomastoid
- Discussion
Day 2
- Practical applications: compression and decompression
- Trunk: latissimus dorsi, lower trapezius, rectus abdominis, external and internal oblique abdominal, diaphragm, ileus, paravertebral
- Leg: gluteus maximus, gluteus medium and small, tensor fascia lata, sartorius, adductor, piriformis, quadriceps femoris, hamstrings, gastrocnemius and soleus, extensor hallucis longus, peroneus longus, long extensor of the foot, short flexor hallux
- Lower back: sacrospinal, lumbosacra

Day 3
- Introduction to the techniques applied to join correction and muscle chains for football, soccer, basketball, volleyball, swimming
- Practical applications: compression and decompression
- Upper limb: stability of the shoulder, wrist, fingers, elbow
- Discussion
Day 4
- Introduction to the techniques applied to muscle chains for hockey, baseball, athletics
- Practical applications: Compression and decompression
- Lower limbs: stability of the knee, ankle and hip
- Trunk stability back
